Elizabeth’s Five Fav Things

Today, we're delving into Elizabeth's world, uncovering her top five favorite things for March. Elizabeth, our Accounts Manager,  is the resident expert when it comes to all things wellness to fitness. Here’s what Elizabeth had to say:


  1. Just Ingredients Mint Chocolate Protein Powder -
    This makes getting your recommended daily protein easy!  Mint chocolate is my current favorite, but the peanut butter chocolate & coconut chocolate are delicious as well. ( I prefer to mix mine with organic almond MALK)  

  2. Peak 45 Lagree -
    This mind and body workout is intense, but only 45 minutes long!

  3. Melin Hat -
    The perfect baseball hat to grab when out on a walk or when I don't want to do my hair- fits like a glove and bonus it is antimicrobial!

  4. Microneedling -
    My favorite for stimulating collagen & improving skin texture.  I do this at minimum twice a year at my esthetician in Kamas.  Adding on a dermaplane beforehand is my go-to.

  5. DB Book Bag -
    What sold me on this was the easy access compartment on top as well as a side zipper for your laptop.  Makes traveling super easy & all of their items hook onto each other-- I have the luggage as well because of this!
